The LLM is a semantic tool, not an orchestrator. Sellatrix invokes the model only for intent classification and reply generation — everything else (routing, tool selection, confirmation gates) is deterministic code.

Every message travels the same fixed pipeline. You can replay any conversation step by step and know exactly why each decision was made.

No Improvisation

Guards check state before any tool is called. A customer in handoff never gets a bot reply. An unconfirmed order is never placed.

Bring Your Own Model

Sellatrix is LLM-agnostic. Configure OpenAI, Gemini, or Groq per branch. The pipeline doesn't care which model you use.
