No. Meta's messaging tier starts at 250 business-initiated conversations per rolling 24-hour period for new accounts — rising to 2,000, 10,000, and 100,000 as your account builds quality history. These limits apply exclusively to business-initiated messages: outbound broadcast campaigns you send first. When a customer messages you first and the AI responds, that's a customer-initiated conversation and is not counted against any tier limit. Sellatrix's core AI sales flow is 100% customer-initiated, so there is no Meta rate limit on the AI agent responding to inbound leads.
