The LLM is a semantic tool, not an orchestrator. Sellatrix invokes the model only for intent classification and reply generation — everything else (routing, tool selection, confirmation gates) is deterministic code.

Auditable by Design

Every message travels a fixed 9-step pipeline. You can replay any conversation step by step and know exactly why each decision was made.

No Improvisation

Guards check state before any tool is called. A customer in handoff never gets a bot reply. An unconfirmed order is never placed.

Bring Your Own Model

Sellatrix is LLM-agnostic. Configure OpenAI, Gemini, or Groq per branch. The pipeline doesn't care which model you use.
